Will I lose my results if I stop taking the supplements?

No. As long as you continue with your proper diet plan and workout program, you’ll be able to keep the gains you made.

Do I need to take PCT or use any organ supplements?

No. A PCT or organ support supplement is not required. The ingredients in our supplements do not negatively affect your organs or your body’s natural production of testosterone.

Can I drink alcohol while taking the supplements?

For optimal results, we do not recommend that you drink alcohol while taking any supplement.

No. These products are not made with banned ingredients. Instead, they are made with proven ingredients that are legally available in the USA. As long as you take them as directed, you have nothing to worry about.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel you order PRIOR to it being shipped out. We do NOT accept cancelation requests after your order has shipped.

What is your refund policy?

If you receive your item(s) and find that they are not what you ordered or are not satisfied with them, we will arrange for a replacement or refund within 30 days from the date of your order.  In this case, please contact us to obtain a RAN (Return Authorization Number) and return mailing instructions. We strongly suggest you return the item(s) under a tracking number because we are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail. Due to health and safety reasons, only unopened bottles that are returned are eligible for a replacement or refund.

If you choose to receive a replacement, we will ship it immediately once we receive the returned item(s).

If you choose to receive a refund, we will process your refund back to the original account the money came from. Please allow up to three (3) business days for your refund to show in your account. Refunds will be issued immediately once we receive the returned item(s).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover debit and credit cards, as well as checks and money orders. We provide secure SSL 128-bit encryption to protect your financial privacy during checkout. Why is my payment declined at checkout?

Declines happen when the billing address you enter differs from the billing address on file with the bank that issued your credit or debit card. If your card is declined, please contact your bank to confirm the billing address they have on file and enter that billing address at checkout. That should solve the problem.

Do you recur bill?

No. You will not experience any recurring billing after you place your order. You’ll only be charged once for your order and never again, until you place another order. We do not keep credit card information on file.

When will my order ship?

If you submitted your order before 2pm EST, it will ship the same day you submitted your order. Otherwise, it will ship the next business day.

Once shipped, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to arrive if being shipped to a USA address. Otherwise, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive if being shipped to a non-USA address.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipments within the USA (including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Military APO/FPO/DPOs) are shipped for FREE.

Canadian shipments pay just $6.99

Shipments to the Rest of the World pay only $9.99.

What addresses do you ship to?

With the exception of banned countries, we ship worldwide, including to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

What if my order is stopped at customs?

If your order is stopped at customs, we will re-ship your order for FREE. Simply provide us a letter from your country’s customs service. Orders almost always arrive the 2nd time around.

Foreign Custom and Import Policies
It is important to become familiar with the import policies of your country BEFORE ordering. Customs regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, experience delivery delays, or even being returned to us. It is your responsibility to check with your local customs authority to see if your country permits the importation of dietary supplements from the USA.

Foreign Import Duties and Taxes
Our prices and shipping fees do NOT include import taxes, duties and/or customs clearance fees. You MAY have to pay these charges once your order arrives to your country. These charges are separate from your order total and if they decide to bill you, you will be billed for them directly by your local customs authority or postal service. You are responsible for paying these charges; we have no control over these charges or what their amount will be. However, we help to get these charges canceled by attaching the necessary customs declaration forms to your order. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to import dietary supplements from the USA into your country.

Foreign Returns or Refused Packages
If your order is returned to us because of an address error made by you, you refuse the package, or the items ordered are not allowed into your country by your local customs authority, we will notify you once we receive it. If you then want us to re-ship your order, you’ll be responsible for paying the shipping fees to reship your order.  If you receive a notice from your local customs authority that your order has been intercepted, please contact us.  If your order is returned to us due to non-compliance with your country’s import laws and regulations and you do NOT wish to have it reshipped to you, we will issue you a refund once we receive it, less any shipping charges.
