Q: What if my shipment is held up or delayed at customs? A: If your shipment is held up or delayed at customs, we will re-ship your order for FREE. Simply provide us a letter from your country's customs service. Orders almost always arrive the second time around.
International Shipping Fees, Import Duties and Taxes
Shipping charges for large international shipments will be calculated by weight and destination. Regarding import taxes and/or duties, Healthypetdepot.com's prices do not include import taxes, duties, and/or local customs fees (if any). You may have to pay such taxes/ fees once your order arrives to your country. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them through your local Customs or Mailing Authority. You, the customer, is solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to import pet supplements from the USA into your country.
International Returns or Packages Refused
If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by the local Customs Authority, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost (if any) billed to Healthypetdepot.com for the return of the package. If the return shipping cost is greater than the cost of the goods ordered, Healthypetdepot.com will instruct the USPS to abandon the order, and there will be no credit issued to the customer for the order. If the package is intercepted by the local Customs Authority because items ordered are not allowed in the customer’s country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit issued to the customer for the order. If the package is stopped by the local customs authority upon returning the product(s) to the United States, and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit issued to the customer for the order.
Your Country's Custom and Import Policies
It is important for you to become familiar with the Customs import policies of your country BEFORE ordering. Customs regulations vary greatly by country and lack of knowledge regarding such regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, experience delivery delays, or even being returned to us. It is your responsibility to check with your local Customs Authority to see if your country permits the importation of our products from the USA. You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Any fees charged to Healthypetdepot.com due to non-compliance with your country's laws and regulations will be charged to you, the importer. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, less a re-stocking fee (20% of the cost of your order). Other charges such as quarantine, shipping, or warehousing fees assessed by your country’s local Customs Authority will also be discounted from your refund.

Q: What if I experience any side effects using these products? A: Our products are formulated to offer NO negative side effects.
