A: FREE shipping is provided on ALL orders over US$99. Otherwise, you'll pay a low, flat rate of US$7.99.

Q: What ingredients are in the products?
A: Visit the product pages to view some of the key ingredients. Some products do not have the key ingredients listed to protect the formula from being copied.

Q: What if my shipment is held up or delayed at customs?
A: If your shipment is held up or delayed at customs, we will re-ship your order for FREE. Simply provide us a letter from your country's customs service. Orders almost always arrive the second time around.

Q: How quickly will I see results?
A: You will begin to feel/see the effects of our products within 2-3 weeks. Keep in mind that your results will vary based on the frequency and intensity of your workout as well as your nutritional food intake during the time you take the products. For the quickest and best results, use the products in conjunction with a well balanced, high protein diet and an intense bodybuilding training and exercise program.

A: We ship worldwide (NO prescription required).  Worldwide includes all U.S. States, U.S. Territories, Internationally, APO , FPO, and P.O. Boxes.

Q: Can I order your products by phone or mail?
A: Yes. For phone orders, call us at +1 (832) 685-4747 and have your credit card ready.  For mail orders, simply create an account online, select your product(s), and proceed to the checkout section. When prompted to pay, just select the Check/Money Order payment option. Check and Money Order payments require that you print out the order form and mail it in to us with your payment. Please make all checks/ money orders payable to STACKLABS. Please write to sales@stacklabs.com to obtain our payment mailing address. Funds must be in U.S. Dollars.  As soon as your check or money order clears our bank, we’ll ship you your products.

Q: What if I experience any side effects using these products?
A: Our products are formulated to offer NO negative side effects. You will not get liver and/or kidney cancer/toxicity, acne, baldness, gynocomastia (bitch tits), testicular shrinkage, or water retention. You will actually keep your muscle gains! However, should you experience any negative side effects or unusual joint/ muscle pain while training, stop using the products and consult with a physician immediately.

Q: Are these products safe and of pharmaceutical quality?
A: Yes. All of our products are manufactured in a cGMP certified facility utilizing only the highest quality pharmaceutical grade ingredients. Our lab and the ingredients we use is inspected by the US FDA each year and passes inspection every time.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We offer a guarantee on all unopened products for a period of 7 days after the order date.
Opened or empty bottles will not be refunded.  Please return your product under a tracking number so your item can be tracked and delivered to us. Stacklabs.com is not responsible for returned items lost in the mail. 

No credit or refund will be issued without prior, authorized approval from our Customer Service Department.

All product returns must have prior, authorized approval from our Customer Service department.  Phone Customer Service at +1-832-685-4747, Monday – Friday, 9am-7pm CST or contact us by email at orders@stacklabs.com to get a return Pre-Authorization number and a return shipping address. An approved credit or refund will NOT include shipping charges previously paid.  For all approved returns, the customer is required, at customer’s expense, to return the products along with the Return Authorization Number.
